Requirements to apply for a U.S. visa
To apply for a U.S. tourist/business visa, you must meet the following basic requirements:

- The reason for your trip must be tourism or business
- Your stay may not exceed 90 days

If for any reason, you cannot appear on the day of your appointment, we will schedule a new interview at the embassy. You can postpone your interview to a maximum of 12 months after paying the fee.

Visa renewal
Holders of a U.S. visa that expired no more than 12 months ago may opt for a U.S. visa renewal instead of applying for a new one.
