Once the application has been completed and the visa application fee has been paid, we will schedule the appointment for you. The appointment will be at an embassy, consulate, or Visa Application Center, and could be modified according to availability.

Payment of the visa application fee (MRV) must be made in person at an authorized bank.

The payment of our service fees can be made electronically with a debit or credit card.

Citizens of countries that are not included in the Visa Waiver Program must apply for a B1B2 visa to make short-term tourism or business trips to the U.S.

To process your US visa, you must pay the visa application fee. The fee is 185 USD, which must be paid to an authorized bank.

On the day of the interview, you must bring the following:

• Valid passport
• Printed confirmation page of the DS-160 form
• Receipt of payment of the MRV fee
• Printed proof of the consular appointment
• Color photograph

You must also have the originals of the additional documentation: proof of sufficient funds and proof of employment, studies, or family ties in your country of origin.

A photo is one of the mandatory requirements in your visa application.

When filling out the DS-160 application form on our website, you must upload a digital photograph. On the day of the interview you must also bring a printed photo.

Your photo must be recent to reflect your current appearance (taken within the last), with a white background and a size of 5 cm x 5 cm.

Fingerprinting is part of your U.S. visa application process. During your interview at the embassy or consulate, they will take a quick, inkless scan of your fingerprints.

The interview is mandatory to apply for a U.S. visa. In some cases you may be eligible for a consular interview exemption.

All the detailed information for your consular interview will be sent to you by email. This includes instructions, time and date, and embassy or consulate information.

Once your visa is approved, the consular officer will retain your passport to attach the visa.

We will notify you by email of the time, date, and place where you must pick up your passport with the attached visa. Some embassies may have the option to send it to your home address.

Once approved, your visa will be returned to you, along with your passport, within approximately 7 working days. You will receive an email with the confirmation and the necessary information to pick up your approved document.

You may apply for the renewal of your US tourist / business visa as long as your approved visa is no more than 12 months old.

Normally, visa renewal applicants are exempt from an interview. However, the final decision rests with the consular officers, who may request an interview if they deem it necessary.

A U.S. visa renewal costs the same as the regular procedure. To process your renewal, you must pay 185 USD. This corresponds to the current visa application fee.

It is necessary to renew a visa if it will expire soon. To do this, you must fill out the DS-160 application form and pay the application fee. We will notify you if you need to attend an in-person interview.

No: if the visa corresponds to the purpose of your trip it is still valid. You can visit the U.S. with your expired passport containing your valid visa and a new valid passport.

Yes, it is possible to file a visa application for groups of friends or family traveling together.

Yes. When applying for a family/group visa you can benefit from a reduced rate in our service from the second applicant member.

Applying as a group allows you to save money, as you will receive a discount on our service from the second applicant.

You can also save time and effort by applying together and scheduling interview appointments on the same day for all applicants.

To process a family/group application, the visa application fee (185 USD) must be paid for each applicant.

Fill out the DS-160 form for the first applicant and pay our fee. Then fill out the form for the rest of the applicants and pay the reduced service fee and the regular visa application fee.

By filling out the DS-160 forms as a group and paying the fees, we will coordinate appointments for interviews on the same date and place for all applicants.

Once you have completed both parts of the DS-160 application form, you will receive a confirmation email which you can download and print for your interview.

You will be able to access your DS-160 form from a link that we will send to your email.

We will send you an email notification which allows you to download the confirmation page and access the form with your answers whenever you need to.

After completing the DS-160 form fully and correctly, you will be required to pay the visa application fee. Then you will receive detailed instructions via email for taking your biometric data and the consular interview.

Yes. The DS 160-form is valid for 1 year from the time it is completed.

You must have a valid and current passport and a digital photograph with a white background (in color). You must also have your travel itinerary, data of your contact in the U.S., travel dates of the last 5 years, and details of your current and previous jobs.

To apply for a U.S. visa for children (minor), it is necessary to pay the visa application fee which costs 185 USD.

Children under the age of 14 do not need to attend the consular interview. However, their parents or legal guardians must attend the appointment on their behalf.

Fingerprints are only taken from minors over the age of 14.
